Nice staff, good prices, the location is marvellous and incredible close enough to the cruise terminal, the "Politeama Garibaldi Theater" and the cruise ships. It offers excellent service. Moreover, there is a parking nearby. Strongly recommend to everyone to stay here👌

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the location was excellent - not far from the center of town and very close to the ferry terminal, making it convenient for exploring the city or taking day trips. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist with any issues or requests. Finally, the rooms were well-appointed with balconies. I particularly enjoyed my balcony with a sea view, allowing me to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was a delightful start to the day.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this modern and comfortable B&B. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the modern amenities I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with vegan and gluten-free options available upon request. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Teatro Masimo and the historical area of the city. If I ever find myself in Palermo again, I would definitely choose to stay at Location10.

The host was extremely accommodating and friendly. He gave great recommendations and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast selection was also delicious and provided a great start to our business days. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center without the noise pollution.

The noise insulation wasn't great, and we could occasionally hear other guests. the shower water temperature fluctuated randomly, which made for an uncomfortable experience.
